What is your official job title?
Senior Airfield Officer.
How long have you worked at Heathrow?
How did you get into your job and why?
A colleague of mine worked with me in the old T2 and informed me of the Airfield Ops role, which I started shadowing on my days off. I found it really interesting, so I applied for the job.
What’s a day in the life of your job really like?
Every day is different and quite challenging on some occasions.
Favourite thing about working at an airport?
My favourite thing working at the airport is working with some great people.

My favourite thing about my job is that every day is different and you don’t know what’s around the corner, which gives you a buzz!
What has been a particularly memorable moment for you while working at Heathrow?
The day I was told I got the job in Airfield Ops.
Where are you from?
I come from Havant.
My hobbies and interests are fishing, my Harley Davidson, my custom motorcycle I built myself, and kayaking.

Favourite Film is Star Wars. My favourite TV Show is Fast 7 Loud.
